    In place of dairy, we turned to olive oil to create a dark chocolate truffle with all the richness and texture we wanted—and discovered something even more interesting along the way. Fruit tasted brighter. Dark chocolate tasted deeper. Blackberry, cherry, blood orange, raspberry and nuts found a natural partner. What began as a different way to make a truffle became some of our own team’s favorite chocolates. This tower brings those discoveries together, from Enchanted Vegan Truffles and blackberry gelée to Matcha Green Tea and Coconut & Banana dark chocolate bars. Made for the vegan chocolate lover.
